Research objective
Is to develop knowledge and technology to increase sustainability and profitability of Atlantic cod production in Norway. There is a need for customized solutions for physical handling, planning and control of smaller batches both on vessels, during unloading, and in onshore processing and storage.

Research areas are as follows:

Identify problem areas and improvement potentials

Develop more efficient logistics in fish value chains

Develop conceps, models, methodologies and tools for production logistics

Enabling supply of quality and volumes according to market requirements
