Collaborative robots assembling a gear
This project was carried out by four third-year engineering students at NTNU in Ålesund in the course IP304814 Introduction to Mechatronics, and includes an autonomous system consisting of two collaborative robots and a mobile robot. The project deals with three different demo cases: an easy collaborative pick and place task, a simple gear assembly task, and an advanced gear assembly task. In the advanced demo, the robots will assemble a planetary gearbox. This demo will use two collaborative robots and a mobile robot.
