GE Healthcare Women’s Health Ultrasound new CIUS partner
Today we are pleased to announce that GE Healthcare Women’s Health Ultrasound will be partnering with the Centre for Innovative Ultrasound Solutions (CIUS) consortium. This partnership enables CIUS to expand and diversify into the women’s health arena.
GE Healthcare Women’s Health Ultrasound is a world market leader for ultrasound systems for women’s health applications, focusing on obstetrics and gynaecology. The company was founded as Kretztechnik in Austria in 1947 and acquired by GE Healthcare in 2001. The majority of the R&D activities still take place in Austria.
