Om Forskning Publikasjoner Undervisning Formidling

Om

Hollands forskningsinteresser fokuserer på erfaringene til elever med funksjonsnedsettelser i kroppsøving, fysisk aktivitet og idrett. I tillegg har han forsknings- og faglige interesser knyttet til rekruttering, opplæring og oppfølging av kroppsøvingslærere (tilknyttet Occupational Socialization Theory).
 
Holland har erfaring som lærer i tilrettelagt kroppsøving og spesialpedagogikk (community-basert opplæring) fra USA. Han har en bachelorgrad fra Purdue University i kroppsøving og helse- og sikkerhetsundervisning, en mastergrad fra University of Wisconsin-La Crosse i kroppsøving med fordypning i tilrettelagt kroppsøving og friluftsliv, samt en ph.d. fra Old Dominion University i helse- og idrettspedagogikk.
