I work as an HR consultant in the HR group at the Department of Energy and Process Engineering (EPT).
Within HR, I have the main responsibility for these groups and positions:
- Sustainable Energy Systems (SES) - Postdoctoral Fellows, Research Assistants, hourly contracts and guests.
- Thermo- and Fluiddynamics (TF) - Postdoctoral Fellows and Researchers.
- Process and Power (PP) - Research assistants and hourly contracts.
My tasks includes:
- Case management and counseling in the recruitment and hiring of postdoctoral fellows, research assistants, researchers and scientific assistants
- Hourly contracts and assignment agreements
- Stays for external guests
- Onboarding of new employees
- Extensions of contracts for our employees
- Termination of contracts
- Research stays in Norway and abroad
- General HR support for employees at the Department
