PROFESSOR II I KONSTRUKSJONSTEKNIKK
Mikrostrukturbasert modellering av aluminiumslegeringers respons på varmebehandling og sveising
Stillingen skal bidra til undervisning og forskning innenfor fagområdet aluminiumskonstruksjoners mekaniske integritet, med hovedvekt på sveiste forbindelser. Stillingen skal særlig dekke fysikalskbasert modellering av oppløsnings- og utfellingsreaksjoner i varmepåvirket sone samt utvikling av konstitutive ligninger og matematiske modeller for optimalisering av sveise- og varmebehandlingsprosedyrer for utherdbare aluminiumlegeringer. Forsknings- og undervisningsaktiviteten forutsetter utstrakt kjennskap til koblingen mellom matematisk modellering, numeriske analyser og eksperimentell undersøkelser.
