Om

En postdoktorforsker ved CIMORe-gruppen med bakgrunn innen medisinsk teknologi og biomedisinsk ingeniørfag. Jeg har erfaring med medisinsk bildeanalyse, bildebehandling, datamanagement, radiomics, maskinlæring og dyp læring.

Mitt hovedfokus er å utvikle, forbedre og teste datastøttede diagnosesystemer for prostatakreft ved bruk av multiparametrisk MR. Disse systemene har potensial til å forbedre behandlingen av prostatakreft i klinisk praksis betydelig.

Jeg fullførte min doktorgrad i medisinsk teknologi ved Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) i Trondheim, Norge, i august 2021. Før det fullførte jeg en MSc i biomedisinsk ingeniørfag med utmerkelse fra University of Dundee i Storbritannia i 2016, og en BSc i biomedisinsk ingeniørfag fra German Jordanian University i Jordan i 2014.

AI-based decision support system for detection and localization of prostate cancer

The aim of this project is to develop, optimize, and validate a robust, accurate, precise and generalized AI-based decision support system using mpMRI for prostate cancer detection and localization with a large, multicenter cohort.
