Bakgrunn
- PhD: Strengthening teachers in their role to identify and address bullying among students in elementary schools – Et praksisbasert forskningsprosjekt med fokus på lærernes rolle i forebygging av mobbing og effektene av PRIMA anti-mobbingsprogrammet i Nederland, Universitetet i Amsterdam
- Utdanning: Master i ungdom, utdanning og samfunn og bachelor i pedagogikk, Universitetet i Utrecht
- Arbeidserfaring: lærer og stipendiat ved Senter for anvendt forskning i utdanning, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences fra 2014-2021. Vitenskapelig assistent ved instituttet Social and Behavioral Sciences, Universitetet i Utrecht 2012-2014
Forskning
I en oversiktsartikkel utforsker jeg sammenhengen mellom ulike aspekter ved skolens utforming og læring, trivsel, undervisning og organisatoriske faktorer. I en empirisk, deltakende aksjonsstudie utforsker jeg hvordan moderne skolebygg utnyttes mens de støtter utdanning og læring for alle.
