As a Ph.D. candidate at SFU Engage, a centre for excellency in education, I am interested in nascent new venture teams and how they handle uncertainty and deal with uncertainty in their team process. My supervisors Roger Sørheim and Lise Aaboen help me in qualitatively researching this and to find my place in the research community. 

My background is in business, with a bachelor degree in International Business Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Upon working in several start-ups, I followed my passion for entrepreneurship with master degrees from TU Berlin in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability as well as a master's from NTNU in Entrepreneurship.
