Jeg er for tiden doktorgradskandidat ved Institutt for sosialt arbeid ved NTNU.

Jeg har en mastergrad i human geography fra Wilfrid Laurier University og University of Waterloo (Canada). Før jeg begynte ved NTNU, var jeg Blue Book-trainee i Europakommisjonen.

Generelt sett har mitt tidligere arbeid utforsket spørsmål knyttet til immigrasjonspolitikk, fenomenet befolkningsaldring, og forbindelsen mellom disse to.

Immigrant caregivers in southern Europe

Immigrant caregivers play a critical role in the provision of elderly care in both Italy and Spain. However, scholars have barely considered the rural dimension of this phenomenon. My PhD project seeks to partially fill said gap in the literature.
